Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are delivered within the time frame indicated using the shipment method selected in the checkout screen.
For Pickup in Store, you may pick up your shipment from our showroom in Bawshar 5PM-9PM Sunday through Thursday. We are closed during Bank Holidays.
Home Deliveries are available in some areas.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Delays and loss
Sometimes delays happen as a result of supplier issues, shipment exceptions, and other reasons beyond our control. Only delays that are 50% longer than the estimated shipment time may be cancelled at the buyer's request. Delays less than 50% may be cancelled if the products have not shipped. Lost items are covered by Badals.com up to the purchase price.
Returns are accepted for up to 10 days from Ready date. Any items returned after 10 days will not be accepted. Returns that are a result of damaged items are refunded at 100%. Returns of unwanted items are charged the cost of return shipping to the supplier.
Any orders that are not delivered within 30 days of the ready date are considered forfeited, and if they are not forfeited they are levied a charge of 1 OMR per day per KG. For delivery orders, delivery is best effort and if we are unable to deliver to you because we are unable to reach you by phone, the storage terms apply to you beginning 2 days after the ready date for a total storage period of 32 days.
