Cancellation Policy

1. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.

2. Customer may cancel orders up to 4 hours after the order is done. As the items are shipped internationally, often there is no way to cancel the order and must be returned after delivery. Cancellation of the order can be done by contacting through email, chatting to or calling our call center.

3. The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy on and shall not hold liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Products are returnable, if the condition of product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags. For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed. You have received a wrong product; You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or You have received a damaged product.

2. Non-returnable Products – You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of: products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them. Any consumable product which has been used or installed; products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

3. In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the User can request for return of the Product.

4. Returns are accepted for up to 10 days from Ready date. Any items returned after 10 days will not be accepted.

5. Returns that are as a result of items received as damaged are refunded at 100%. Returns of unwanted items are charged the cost of return shipping to the supplier.

6. Arrange the Return, Replacement or Exchange by contacting through email, chatting to or calling our call center.

7. Your returns and refunds would only be initiated on approval by seller.

8. All Products must be returned with their original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Freebies, Bundled items and Promotional Vouchers. Products that are damaged, scratched, package is tampered, or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.
